King & Queen of the Beach is the perfect event if you are new to the area or are looking for a partner. Each player signs up individually (no need for a partner), and is paired up with multiple teammates throughout the day.

Weekend tourney start times by division:

These are tentative start times, subject to change as needed.

Open: check in at 8:00 am for 8:30 am start
A: check in at 11:00 am for 11:30 am start
B: check in at 1:00 pm for 1:30 pm start

Typical start time for finals by division:

Open: 2:00 pm
A: 4:00 pm
B: 6:00 pm

Colorado
The MotherLode Volleyball Classic in Aspen and the Steamboat Doubles draw Utah players each year. The MotherLode plays out over Labor Day weekend, August 30 – September 3 this year. Steamboat Doubles, second in terms of number of participants behind The MotherLode, runs July 6–8.

Las Vegas
Headed to Las Vegas and hoping to catch a game while there? The courts at Sunset Park are a good bet. You might want to check the Web site of Las Vegas Beach Volleyball for more information.

San Diego
Mission Beach Volleyball has a comprehensive Web site that includes insights on when to find pick-up games at the courts at South Mission Beach and how to challenge in. They've also compiled an incredible database of tournaments, including those at Wasatch Beach.
